For over 20 years, Steve shared his knowledge and expertise, shaping the futures of aspiring electricians and leaving an enduring legacy within the industry.

But Steve’s influence extended far beyond his profession. At the core of his being was his role as a loving husband and father. His union with Lisa Weir Neidlinger was a testament to their enduring love and companionship, spanning an incredible 40 years since their marriage on July 16th, 1983. Their journey together was marked by shared joys, challenges, and the unbreakable bond they cultivated over the years. Steve’s children, Alisa VanDeusen and Christopher Neidlinger, were the recipients of his boundless love and guidance.
