Brian Rhodes Obituary, Death, Funeral And Visitation

Brian Rhodes Obituary, Death – Brian Pearson Rhodes Age 87, of Mt. Lebanon, passed away after a seven-year battle with Parkinson’s disease. Brian was the beloved husband of 17 years to Marge (Sroka) Rhodes, and of the late Bonnie (Burke) Rhodes, to whom he was married for over 40 years. He was the loving father of Heather Herbay, Andrew Rhodes and Damon Rhodes; father-in-law of Todd Herbay, Stacey Rhodes, and Ann Rhodes; adoring grandfather of Ben Herbay, Sam Herbay, Jonathan Herbay, Bonnie Ann Herbay, Lex Rhodes, Burke Rhodes, Mia Rhodes, Emily Rhodes, Lydia Rhodes,

Meredith Rhodes; dear brother of Timothy Rhodes and Nan Augustine; brother-in-law of Holly Rhodes, Steven Augustine, and Larry Burke; son of the late Howard Rhodes and Priscilla (Pearson) Rhodes; son-in-law of the late Roger and Jane Burke; uncle of four nieces; and best friend of Richard Sharp. Brian is also survived by his faithful canine companion, Bee.

Brian graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration. He went on to have a successful career as a fundraiser for Ketchum, Inc., and then as a consultant. Brian was an avid gardener, and loved listening to music. He always looked forward to his cheesesteak hoagie and fries from Peppi’s with his friend Richard.

Arrangements by BEINHAUERS. Friends and family welcome at 2828 Washington Road, McMurray, 15317, 724-941-3211, on Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Christ United Methodist Church (please meet directly at church). Interment to follow in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery.
