Brett Douglass Obituary, Brett Douglass Has Passed Away – Death
Brett Douglass Obituary, Death – The death of an inmate has been confirmed in an official statement that has been sent by the Sheriff’s Office. You may read the statement by clicking here. It was discovered that an inmate who had been admitted to a facility in Fresno County that provides Hospice Care in June and who had gone missing on August 23 as a result of the effects of a terminal disease had passed away.
On March 16, 2019, after being taken into custody, Brett Douglass, who is 46 years old, was placed under arrest and sent to prison. A pre-existing disease was found to be there, and it was discovered that he was already afflicted with cancer when he was brought into prison. During the time that he was in the custody of the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office, he was taken to the Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center so that he could get treatment for his cancer there.
This took place while he was in custody at the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office. The Sheriff’s Office had requested that Douglass be granted compassionate release so that he may be freed from detention while they awaited the findings of the diagnosis of his terminal disease. This would allow Douglass to be with his family during this time. The gravity of his criminal past, which included claims that he was a felon in possession of a pistol and that he owned a machine gun, led to the denial of his request for clearance, which was something that had been expected all along. However, due to the allegations that he was a felon in possession of a handgun and that he held a machine gun, his request was denied.
